How long does it take to receive death certificates?
The Vital Records may take up to 2 weeks to process death certificates.
If there is a pending toxicology or investigation, it can take up to 6 months. We will call you as soon as the Vital Records completes them.
How long does it take to receive the cremains of my loved one?
If there are no special needs or circumstances, the cremation process is typically finished within a week. We call you as soon the cremation is completed.
